Returns Update - Prior to August 5, 2021
Please note for orders purchased on this website prior to August 5th, 2021, you will need to request your returns by sending the items to the below address:

We recommend that you use a trackable and insured shipping method to return items to us, and keep the tracking number for your records. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. Please also include a copy of your shipping confirmation email in the return package, clearly showing your order number and contact information, to ensure your refund is processed correctly.
For all orders placed after August 5th please follow the below instructions.
How can I return my order?
Returning your order is easy! Simply follow our returns process below.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a return. We gladly accept returns on products that are in original condition within 30 days of receipt of your order.
You may return an item if you have the invoice, the original price tag is securely attached, and there is no damage or wear/tear to the item. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the day the package is mailed for refunds to be processed.
Generally, returns are refunded in the original payment method. Additionally, customized and customizable items are non-returnable. Also, we may refuse or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected.
We will keep you updated during the return process and send you an email when the process is complete.
- Pack your items in the original packaging, if possible
- Request to return your items on the returns portal
- Print your pre-paid return label and place on the package
- Return your package per the guidelines provided.

Please note, when returning an item, delivery shipping will not be refunded. Once we receive your returned item(s), you will be refunded only for the amount you paid for the merchandise and not the cost of the original shipping. If upon our receipt of your returned item(s), such item(s) is/are damaged due to your unreasonable handling, we may make a deduction from the reimbursement amount due to the item’s loss in value.
At this stage, we don’t offer online purchases to be returned in-store.
If you are returning an item due to a quality issue or it is a faulty product, we shall refund the cost of basic shipping.

Our return process usually takes up to 14 days from when you sent back your items.
As soon as your return has been handled you will be refunded through the original payment method you chose for your order. The transaction usually takes 2-5 working days and you will receive a confirmation by e-mail once the refund has been issued.
What happens if my package is damaged or missing?
If the package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all (and it is past the estimated delivery date given on the carrier’s tracking portal), please contact us directly.
Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, our system can't make any exchanges, only returns, and refunds! However, you are more than welcome to return the item you don't wish to keep for a full refund and then place a new order for the item that you want instead
