Can I change my shipping address?
Unfortunately, our system cannot change any orders once they have been placed. This includes changing the delivery option and payment method. Therefore, always make sure that you enter the correct information before completing your purchase!
I haven't received my shipping confirmation?
As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a link to a tracking page so that you can follow your order! Remember that this can sometimes end up in your spam folder, so have a look there too! If you still cannot find it, please contact us and we will help you!
There's a product missing in my order?
If you are missing a product in your order, we ask you to contact us with your order number, the name of the missing product and a picture of your full return note and we will help you further. We sincerely apologize if this has happened to you!
If your package was damaged or opened when you received it, we ask you to contact your post office or the delivery service as well to make a claim for this. In this case, we would also appreciate it if you would send us a picture of the damaged parcel. You can contact us here.
I have received a damaged/the wrong product?
If you received a damaged or incorrect product in your order, we sincerely apologize for this! Please contact us with your order number, the name of the product and a picture of it and we will make sure to help you out!
When will I receive my order?
Tracking updates can be found in our tracking portal.
Processing and delivery times differ by retailer and destination country. If the tracking information has not updated in 7 days, please contact us. so we can investigate!
How can I track my international order?
You can track your international order once you have received your tracking number via email. To see tracking updates for your order, click the link in the retailer’s email, or enter your tracking number in our tracking portal here.
Tracking updates may not be real-time and can be subject to delays, dependent on the carrier!
Please note: your order confirmation number is not a tracking number and cannot be used to track your order.
